About MAMA

Hajah Nurlina bte Haji Alawi, known as Mama was born in Kluang, Johor on 19Dec 1971. Since childhood he was brought up with religious teachings, values,appreciate people with disabilities, and likes to help people living in hardship.
17 Mac 2004 is a date PERNIM was officially established after the registration is approved by: Registration of Society (ROS).Mama bestow affection for children who are less fortunate. not to worship, not to applaud but simply be an example to us. invites us to contemplate with, that the happiness of life is not merely to property, not on money.This courageous woman did not search for publicity, do not collect attention. He did sincere intuitive sense, share the love of a mother, the children who do not haveanything.

Mama struggles to safeguard children's HIV / AIDS patients have received the attention of national leaders and news media coverage. In appreciation of his services, severalawards were given to Hajah Nurlina as follows:

firstly,we would like to thank to mdm Alia, because give us the chance to do the CSR project. It totally aware us about the moral of humanity among society.  We had so many great time, great experience, great relationship among us and the most important thing is, we knew that the outside world they have many of them need us to loved them.....!!^__^ there is some memory that we never forget until we grad.....

Exhibition reflection(project done)

finally the project is finish:
after around 3 mount effort finally on 20 April after finishing exhibition our mission is finish but thank god we do our job very well.on this project every one of us working with our heart and our power.
anything we done well is because we love this work,this kids.and this feeling to be with them
exhibition plane:
1)we buy same T-shirt as blue and white
2)we print out the panel that include all member group  picture
3)we design the exhibition area like kindergarten to remind our audience about the kids
4)picture, children's work,their drawing, also design our place
5)we put one nootbook that each visitor write world for prnim
6)one box for collect money from visitors,we already collect 1400 RM
7)2pets snake and hamsters that every one can take picture with them
on the same day we have bachelor exhibition and open day thats why the university was so crowded and we have many visitor as like the lecturer,dean(dr raja),dean assistant,deputy president............
because of the decoration every body attract to come and see us,write for us and donate.

by the effort our member also cooperation our lecturer Mrs Alia,also our university  thanks to Dr Raja our dean.during this project god always support us thats why we done it very well.

so after this we had experience to do social works and responsibility to make big project like charity work
this project just tech me how be work in group for doing social problems.i am really happy to done this job

REFLECTION BY AHMAD ZAKI

First of all thanks to my group members because of gave good respond and very helpful. In this charity project, I learnt so many things that were very important and helpful. 
From the first visit at the PERNIM house I met mama, she is very strong and independent women. then i see how these kids do their work. then we have been invited to go "kenduri tahlil". This event is organized for one of adopted child past away. For the second visit, we do learning activity for these kids. Starting doing this project and my group members feel very disappointed because all kids never listen and pay attention to us. And for the last visit we also do the same activity and those kids gave us a good respond.
What can i say for the reflection, there are many people out there need help from us to live in this world. Sometime, they cannot get what was they want. For me after doing this project, I learn how to respect people without see their level and be more helpful. From this project also my confident level became higher, I dont feel shy and more serious when do some work. Before this project , I am too shy to speak English because I think my English very poor but when do this project, I learn how to be more confident to speak English because one of my group member is from Iran. I wish this project will be continuing for the next semester because it can help people and for students they can learn how to do some good thing. And for mama keep up with your good work and never give up.  

REFLECTION BY NASRUL

During this semester Jan 2011, Professional Communication 1 subject have given a task to do Charity work to any community. My group has chosen to do charity activity at Pusat Perlindungan Nurul Iman (PERNIM). PERNIM is basically like a house that takes a orphanage and AIDS children to be take care. The founder of PERNIM is Pn Hajah Norlina Alawi was a very kind and special person that willing to take care of all the orphanage and AIDS children and adopted all the children.

While doing this charity activity, I realize that there are so many people need our helps. It makes a new sight of direction to my vision in the future. We should think and alert to our community that need our helps.

At PERNIM I realize that family is a more important and they are so independent. This is because they can take care of their self and can manage their self. These things have made my mind change about my self esteem. I realize that we should think more about others people feeling and willing to give and donate anything that you can give.

During to complete this project team work is very important and our communication is important because we deal with others people. This will improve my communication skills and can be more confident to cooperate with others people.

Our task is give English basic education to the PERNIM children and to complete this task we need to make a research how to give a good English education. We discover that method to educate children is attract them with interactive video but important input.

As a conclusion my reflection on this charity work is we as a living person should know how to give some helps to other person. This charity work also have influence me to take part with any others corporate social responsibility in the future.
