Make a formal letter and proposal

Today our group discuss and make our formal letter to apply a donation and permission from Dean of IPROM.
After do the formal letter we found that it is not easy to make a good formal letter and proposal.

Our first draft have been rejected!!! hmmmmm need to be edit again.... We have detect the error on the letter and proposal. Such as :

-typing error
-specific purpose of the letter
-justification of the format

As a conclusion we refer to a others formal letter and refer again to our lecturer Madam Alia.. Thanx Madam!!!
We will sent the second draft of the letter to office and hope that letter will be perfect!!!

Discussion about donation

Place : Student Hub

Our group make a meeting with Knowledge Management group to discuss about how to get the donation for the PERNIM house. Purpose to get the donation because to cover the expenses that we need in the charity activity. We targeted to get the budget around RM500 - RM1000.

From the discussion we list a few of association that can we apply to make a donation :

- Kumpulan Karangkraf Malaysia
- Sime Darby
- SME Bank
- Nestle
- Yayasan Al Bukhary

This is only a suggestion and more listed company will be updated. We also get a donation from our group that RM10 per person.

We also try to get the donation from the student and staff UniKL IPROM. We hope that we can achieve the target and hopes that all IPROMianz can support us!!!

This week all group members had propose their ideas for the programmed.

we..from unikl iprom to send out sympative condolence to one of the pernim children who passed away due to HIV positif..on thursday 3 february 2011 at 8.30 pm..may ALLAH blessed him... al-fatihah!!

Place = Pusat Perlindungan Kanak Kanak AIDS on Wednesday evening at 5.30 we went to the PERNIM house for our first visit,the feedback that we got very nicely and good. The owner of PERNIM is also the president of PERNIM that is Hajjah Norlina Alwi. She said PERNIM is not the orphanage house. But 'keluaraga besar Hajjah Norlina' there is the detail about PERNIM.this is some picture we captured at PERNIM.

1st meeting with all group members...

on 21 JANUARY all member groups gather together to find out and make a confirmation about the charity place that we must visit...there is so many charity house in our list, but finally PUSAT PERLINDUNGAN PERKIM is the best place that we choose for our professional communication 1 class activities....

from the discussion that we make. we decide to make a site visit to PUSAT PERLINDUNGAN PERNIM on wednesday evening, also to meet Pn.Hjh Norlina bt Hj Alwi as a Yang Di-Pertua Perkim to give our proposal and letter for the next move. We hope on wednesday all the plan can work nicely and smoothly..!!
